Terms and Conditions

1 – Summary
these terms and conditions apply to all guests of Mafia Beach Bungalows and Ramblers Mafia.

2 – Bookings
Guests may book in advance or on arrival. Bookings are subject to availability of the respective Properties. The Management retain the right to refuse bookings. Payment is normally due on booking; however the Bungalows Management retains the right to request a full payment from the guest at the time of booking or on arrival.

3 – Arrival and departure times
Check in for guests is from 2pm. In cases where a guest does not arrive before 6pm and has not informed the hotel of a late arrival time, the hotel retains the right to give the room away. Guests are requested to clear their rooms and pay their bill by 10am on their day of departure. The hotel retains the right to charge for a further night’s accommodation in cases of late departure or payment of the bill.

4 – Prices
All prices are current room rates and can be requested directly from the Reception. Prices for extras such as meals in the restaurants or room service are available at the Bungalows or can be requested directly.

5 – Payment
a non-refundable Payment in Full is needed when booking is made and confirmed (See cancellation Policy).
Management reserves the right to ask for full payment of accommodation upon arrival at Mafia Beach bungalows. All final bills must be settled latest on departure.

6 – Cancellation
In cases of cancellation by the guest, the Mafia Beach Bungalows owners retains the right to charge the following cancellation charges:
a) Cancellation fee before arrival: 50% for booking
b) Cancellation less than 1 months before  arrival: 100% of the full booking amount.
c) Cancellation fee after arrival or during the stay: payment of the full booking amount
We recommend you to get a travel insurance, which can reimburse you the fees in case of cancellation.

 7 – Right to refuse entry
The Management retains the right to refuse a guest entry to the hotel or to refuse accommodation if the management is led to believe that the guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, is inappropriately dressed or behaves in a threatening, disturbing or otherwise unacceptable manner on arrival

8 – Disturbances
the Management retains the right to ask a guest to leave should the guest disturb the peace, or annoy or insult any guests or staff, or behave in any other way deemed unacceptable by the Management.

9 – Conditions
Guests are asked to abide by their conditions, in particular any health and safety rules and legal registration requirements. Guests may only consume meals and drinks not purchased at the Property after specific permission by the Management. Pets may stay in the guests‘ room providing they are always under control, clean and healthy and do not present any danger. However they are not permitted in other areas of the Property (permission should be requested in advance)

 

10 – Valuables
Guests should leave valuables in the safe.

11 – Loss, responsibility
Guests must inform staff immediately of any loss of or damage to their property, and must support the Management in reporting such incidents to the police. The Property is in no way responsible for the loss of or damage to guests‘ property;

Guests are not permitted to enter areas of the Property which are indicated as closed to the public. The Property is not responsible for death, injuries or illness, or loss of or damage to property of guests that may occur.
